Respect Everyone

• Be civil to other players even when you fight them. Abuse, insults, hate speech, or racist content will be punished depending on severity and prior history.
• Whisper BL is punishable; guild/alliance BL is not.
• MUTE decisions are final. Contesting a mute to start drama may result in ban + HWID/IP block.
• If both parties used insults, both can be punished.
• Reports must be submitted within 24 hours of the incident.

Hacks & Exploits

• Using cheats, hacks, or exploiting bugs → Account + IP + HWID ban.
• Exception: Reporting an exploit within 12 hours of discovering it avoids ban, but any gained advantage will be removed.

Real-Money Trading (RMT)

• Selling accounts, characters, or items for real money is forbidden → Account + IP + HWID ban for sellers. Buyers are not punished.
• Use Character Market or Credits for in-game trades.
• Report RMT with initial proof within 24 hours of the first offer.

Account Safety

• Do not share account/password. We are not responsible for lost items on shared accounts.
• Use /lock if you must share; it increases protection (up to 90%). See Features for details.

Chat Language

Repeated use of non-English in /post or Gens Chat will be punished.

Credits & Digital Content Purchases — Refund Policy (READ CAREFULLY)

Welcome to Last Land Mu! Please read this section carefully before completing any purchase of credits, virtual currency, or other paid digital services.

• All purchases of credits, virtual currency, and paid services are final and non-refundable once delivery of digital content has begun, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
• By completing a purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.
• Refunds will not be issued for:
  • Accidental or mistaken purchases
  • Wrong account or character selection
  • Account bans, suspensions, or rule violations
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes after successful delivery
• All transactions are logged and linked to the specific game account and character at the time of delivery. Logged data includes account ID, character, IP address, payment ID, and delivery timestamp, and may be used to contest fraudulent chargebacks or disputes.
• Purchases are considered delivered the moment credits or digital content are applied to your account. Once delivered, purchases are irreversible.
• In the unlikely event of non-delivery due to technical errors on our side, contact Last Land Mu support within 24 hours. We reserve the right to verify and resolve delivery issues before any refund is considered.
• Last Land Mu reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately for new purchases.

Important: By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy and the waiver of your right to withdrawal for digital content.

Keep It Fun

This is a game. Enjoy PvP, be fair, and respect the staff decisions. Staff may remove players without prior warning if behavior warrants it.

Clearing maps (PK) for any reason is not tolerated and may result in a ban of 24 hours or longer.

TvT Event / PvP Championship

Any form of anti-game behavior—such as unequipping items to gain an advantage, intentionally feeding points to the opposing team, or abandoning the event before it is finished—will be considered rule-breaking. If we receive recorded video proving such actions, you will be punished as stated below.

AFK Policy: AFK behavior will not be tolerated. Verified AFK activity will result in:

• 1-day ban - you will be auto banned by system if you are inactive for 40 seconds.
  Leaving Event before it ends will result in 4 hours ban if reported with proof.

Bug/Config Abuse

• Abusing bugs or misconfigs for advantage → punishment ranging from temporary ban to IP+HWID ban, based on severity.
• Self-reporting within 12 hours can reduce or remove punishment.
• Abusing a bug to gain experience, progress, items, or any other advantage will result in a first punishment of up to 3 days ban, depending on the severity and extent of the exploit.
• If a bug is repeatedly or continuously abused for a long period of time without being reported, this may result in a permanent ban, including IP + HWID block.
